The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a dark blue card as my base. I used a piece of blue snowflake foiled card to mount my base image onto. I layered up the remaining decoupage with Pinflair glue gel.
I used corner peeloffs and sprayed the front with Spray and Sparkle to finish.
