Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads, I highlighted the star and the flower centres with glitter glue and finished off by adding red glittery border peel offs around the edges.

This is a lovely Christmas design.
