I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white C5 card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with blue pearls to corners.
A lovely design.
I Printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White card base lined with a Matching Paper.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Glitter and the Matching Insert inside.
