I made a matching base card then printed on matte card, printing the main picture a second time.

I cut around the lace of the second picture and used for the first layer of decoupage using foam squares to add the decoupage, used gold glitter on the lace edge ,the tag, frames, sentiment, on the bells and bow, flower centers,and on the base card, finished with red glitter on the holly.
