Xmas Little Hoot Owl Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to turquoise pearlescent paper, then to large scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted eyes with clear glaze, snowflakes and star with crystal stickles, red stickles to holly berries and finished with card candy to corners and owl's hat.

A lovely endearing festive design.
