OccasionI printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. Used a backing paper from cup280273_38 by Sue Way, printed directly on to card and made it into a middle stepper card.
Added the main piece on to the centre using foam pads and added the decoupage with glue gel. Made two decorations for either side using silver peel offs and red mirri card, attached these with foam pads. Added a strip of gold card across the bottom and used ribbon on top of it securing with DST.
Used a peel off sentiment and finished by adding white flocking to his hat.
