Snowy OwlCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double side tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the snow on the picture frame and to the centre of the stars to enhance this lovely design.
