Singing Penguin Topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the fur on the hat to complete this gorgeous card. There is also a matching insert to complete this gorgeous card for Christmas.
