This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a card front that was the same color as the polar bears shirt. I added some rhinestones,and some stickles to the trees and animals.
