MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EWE
This kit includes the main card topper, image layer, border layer and decoupage layers. It's very quick and easy to make.
I digitally colored this fun image from Bugaboo Digi Stamps with papers from AMB Illustrations. (I have a commercial use license from Bugaboo Digi Stamps)

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a white textured card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. I stuck a red polka dot bow to the top corner. A lovely fun design.
