I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to white glitter paper (available from craftsuprint), then on to lilac card, then on to a white scalloped edge card.
Layered all elements.
Added gems to the frame and snowflakes, a bow tied from net and ribbon with a snowflake added, and finished with glitter and 2 of the sentiment tags.
A gorgeous design to suit all ages.
