I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to white card, then on to a red card. Layered all elements. Added gems, glitter, a greeting and a bow with a snowflake. This is an adorable design... had great fun putting it together.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the snow on the branches and to the fur on the hats to enhance this gorgeous design.
