Xmas Night Penguin

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I matted the base image onto silver card and then fixed to white card blank. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue. I added Glossy Accents to the beak and glitter to the stars and the snowy areas.
I really love this image, it is so colourful and although the decoupage is deep it is really easy to cut out and I think that it enhances the card.
