Tree Decorating Penguin Topper

I printed the design on quality cardstock, used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape was used to adhere the topper to a blank white card.

I added a few rhinestone stars on the center tree. These cute cheerful characters are sure to bring out the smiles.

I like the contrast of black & white with just a bit of colour.
