The Penguins Play at NightCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape and silicone glue for the smaller pieces. I attached the design to the card using double side tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
