The Little Blue Christmas Penguin DecoupageCompleted by Katie Silver
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Other
I covered a white A5 card with snowflake paper leaving a border of white showing. I added the made up penguin towards the top and then a greeting and some snowflakes below it. I finished off with a border of starry peel off around the outside.
