I printed the design onto good quality 200gsm matte photo card and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with white embossed card and mounted it onto an 8x8 base card which I had layered with backing paper...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow...this is a gorgeous design...so cute...perfect for children of all ages.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the fur on the penguins hat to complete this gorgeous design.
