Polar Bear and a Penguin 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed this sheet onto a good quality matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto red card, and then I mounted the topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.

To decorate the card I used glitter and peel offs. This was a very quick and easy card to make.
