Penguin Skating

This is such a sweet picture. I printed onto haevy paper matted the base onto card and decoupaged the pieces. I then used cream card to make the easel base.

I covered the base with a pale blue mottled paper to match and used the corresponding pieces of paper to form the stop with metal brads to finish.
