Penguin Party Time

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of white card then a layer of lilac card and finally onto my card base using DST.

I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect. I finished by glittering the snow.
