Let It Snow! Festive Icicle ColoursCompleted by Teresa Savin

I used a dark blue shiny 5x7 card as the base for this. I added two layers of white glitter board at the bottom of the card - one twice as wide as the other.

I added some shading to the "snow" with a blue watercolour pen which I blended into the background. I decoupaged the image and placed this just above the lower layer of snow. I finished the card with minute snowflakes.
