Grand Staircase Playful PenguinsCompleted by Susan Smith

With thsi design i first printed it out otno glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue 7x5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and i placed a let it snow sentiment, at the top left, this is a terrific design for christmas, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
