Dancing trio penguins 7x7 card with decoupage and sentiment tagsCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with a blue organza bow to sine and crystal glitter glue to baubles on trees.

A gorgeous cute design.
