Dancing penguin 7x7 cardCompleted by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Placed topper onto a 7 x 7 plain card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.

Decorated the outside edge of the topper with foil decoration and added gemstones to it for extra sparkle. Added a wreath and decorated that too. Another great design.
