An easy to use download that looks fabulous once completed. Just print out the sheet, mount the base image onto a card blank and then cut out the decoupaged images from the sheet and layer them onto the base card. Quick, easy and effective.
On the second image I re-printed the sheet and cut out the scarves and hats to make another decoupage layer and then added some glitter.
