A5 Xmas Skating Penguin Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Christine Sutton
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white base card. Layers were built up using foam pads and I added sparkly pompoms to the hat and snowballs. I added red pearls, googly eyes and glitter to finish. A fab design and so easy to make.
Looks great when complete.
