Pencil Card - BlueCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Crafty Bob Gloss paper. After cutting out all the elements, I scored and folded where indicated to make the card. Used foam pads too attach Decoupage. I put some Red Glitter on aspects of the card. A great design, and I like the numbers for any age.
