printed onto photo paper, after cutting the elements out, I did not cut out all the small elements as I had trouble with size.
I used DST to attach topper to a white scalloped edged card. I used foam pads, to attach the decoupage.
I used gold glitter on the flower and button. a great design for any aged child.
