Racing Bear Scalloped Card FrontCompleted by Cindy Thompson

I printed this rather cute racing bear onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto white card, I then cut out the decoupage elements and mounted them onto the card using foam pads, finished off with gold lines and corners peel offs.
