I have used a white A5 card as the base. Cut out the backing paper and stuck this down. I then printed the number onto card, cut this out and stuck it down. I then cut out the decoupage and layered it up.

I didnt use all the layers as, unless you use the really thin 3D foam, it can make postage more costly.

I then added some embellishments with a pirate theme to finish the card off.
