I printed this jolly design onto photo card and cut out and layered using 3d foam pads. I matted the design onto bubble paper from my craft box and popped on a felt 'wavy' border. I added peel off seagulls and an anchor and blue glittergel.

A very quick but fancy card for the little pirate in your life!! Ay ay Cap'n!
