I made a matching base card with the sentiment at the top then printed on matte card then printed the picture again and i cut away the outer edge of this and used for the first layer of decoupage that i added with foam squares.

I used gold glitter on the edge of the picture and sentiments then finished with glossy accents to the goggles and lights.
