Babies Are Blessings - Blue Decoupage CardCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to button patterned card, then to square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with blue bow to spine.

A lovely design.
