I used the base sheet (cup 82914_489) which I glued to my blue base card. I printed the sheet onto card and cut out the elements which I assembled using foam pads. I attached the image to the base sheet and added the sentiment with foam pads.
I used the picture from the front of the envelope sheet (cup 82915_489) as an insert.
