I printed this gorgeous design on 160gsm Navigator paper and cut out the topper and decoupage. I used dst to attach topper to a white card blank and silicone glue to layer the decoupage.
To finish I added glitter to the gold shoes and gold leaf peel offs to the leaves of the roses.
A beautiful easy and very quick to make card.
