first of all i resized the image slightly i then cut out tbe base image and decoupage, onto an 8x8 card i matted and layered some orange card and then some blue holgraphic card with dst, i them placed the base image onto some silver holograhic card using dst this was then placed onto the card using foam tape to add dimension the decoupage was added to the base image using glue gel once the glue was dry i added some glossy accents, to finish the card i used some faux pearls and a ribbon bow
