Used A4 pale blue card and folded to A5. Added with silicone glue a yellow topper with leaf design and then added the bottom layer of the decoupage to the yellow card with silicone glue.
The decoupage was layered with 1mm foam pads, and placed to the right of the card. The birthday sentiment was placed below with DST. Gold peel-offs completed the card.
