Springtime In Paris Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto matte photo paper. DST was used to attach the card front to a 6 inch white card. Foam pads were used to add the topper and decoupage. Dabs of crystal glitter were put into the middle of the flowers. A beautiful design.
