Special Occasion Decoupage 7x7ins Topper 4Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the bodice of her dress and the flowers in her hair to complete this gorgeous card.
