I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper, cut it all out and layered it up using foam pads, I added the completed topper to a silver mat and put it on a blue card.
I added Silver corners and decided to use black border peel offs to form a frame around the silver mat ad the topper, to finish I added a couple of tiny gems to give his eyes a wicked twinkle.
