I made up the decoupage and mounted it onto some black paper, trimming it to leave a narrow border. I then mounted it onto a fairly deep red A5 card towards the top left.

I cut some narrow strips of the same black paper with a deckle cutter and put them down the right side and across the bottom of the card.I finished off by adding the Skater Boy & Happy Birthday greeting at the bottom.
