Shoes with a Bow Decoupage Topper 1Completed by Anita Henery
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out. I added a contrast panel to an A5 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a printed verse inside, one of the sentiment tags, a ribbon and bow plus a few flat back gems.
Thank you for this beautiful design.
