Seaside Ted in Muted Colours Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionHumorous / Humourous
I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card and layered all elements. Added seaside themed beads and a raffia bow to embellish. Finished with one of the greetings from the sheet.
A very cute design, lovely colours and will suit a variety of occasions.
