I printed the sheet onto smooth white paper then cut out all the pieces. I matted the topper onto silver mirror card leaving a slim border then matted this onto a white square card.
I added the decoupage elements using 1mm foam pads then finished off the card by adding crystal glitter to the center of the roses and by adding pink gems onto the printed ones.
