I USED A BASE AND MOUNT IN MATCHING COLOURS TO THE DESIGN.DECOUPAGED THE TOPPER WITH STICKY FOAM PADS .MOUNTED ON CARD WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE.THEN EMBELLISHED.
