River Scene Card Front with Decoupage and Sentiment TagsCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Mum
I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card, and framed with gold borders. Layered all elements. Added a gold organza knot, and some glitter to embellish. A greeting was the finishing touch. A very pretty design, will suit many different occasions.
