Red Red Hearts Valentine or BirthdayCompleted by Ann Ramsell- Panniescrafts

A very elegant card.I have printed onto glossy paper, cut out, then assembled using DST for the main piece and 3D fixers for decoupage.

I have highlighted the hearts with Red stickle glitter glue and framed the card with Silver line peel off's and heart corners.

It doesn't really need anything else. Its a tasteful valentine without being too fussy.FAB
