I printed this on glossy photo card, cut out the decoupage and mounted it using foam pads. I then put gold peel offs round the edges, an blue sparkle acrylic bead on the bow and attached it to a white textured card blank using foam pads. I haven't added any sentiments yet as I want to put on a specific name and age.

A really cute card and quite quick to make.
