Party Time

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours out more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then i finished my card, by making up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design, for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning when done.
