Party Time and BalloonsCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the design onto cup premium gloss photo paper. I cut out all of the elements. I matt and layered the main piece onto some delcate pink tissue paper scalloped on one edge then attached it to an 8" square scalloped card blank.

I added a die cut piece of white card, dabbed with a distress ink to the right of the card.

The smaller pieces were then decoupaged using silicone glue. I added a couple of gems a sentiment and a name for decoration.
